Who we are

TECN0 Motion is a service of TECN0 S.A.S., San Salvador, El Salvador. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments issues your receipt and handles taxes.

What you buy

• One motion design video of about 15 seconds, in three formats: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
• A first cut sent by email within 48 hours after your payment. If we need something from you to start, the 48 hours start when we receive it.
• Two rounds of changes. A change round means edits to text, order, colors, timing or music inside the same concept. A new concept or a longer video is a new order.

What you give us

You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, names, images and texts you send us or that appear on the website you give us. We use them only to make your video.

Pilot price

The pilot price is for the first three clients. In return, you agree to send a short written testimonial after delivery, and you allow us to show your video and your brand name on our website and social accounts.

Ownership

Once paid, the final video is yours. You can use it without time limit, on any channel, including paid ads. We keep the right to show it as a sample of our work, unless you ask us not to (this does not apply to the pilot price).

Refunds

If we have not sent a first cut within 7 days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund. Once a first cut is sent, the order is not refundable, but your change rounds stay available.
